- Preparation of your order
Packages are prepared and shipped on working days. Orders are sent within 3 to 5 business days for items in stock and one to two weeks for custom orders.
Your package is delivered to the delivery address you mentioned during the ordering process.
Geographical Zones
The online sale of the products presented on the Site is possible for customers all over the world. Following the changes of the Post office on the treatment of the mail followed (flashing only during the distribution of the mail), this service is not offered any more, except on request of the customer during the passage of the order. Orders may be shipped in multiple envelopes to avoid customs charges and limit postage
Packaging
In an ecological approach, we strive to minimize the amount of waste generated during the preparation of our packages and during shipment. For this, we use products biodegradable or recyclable.
Below is the list of products:
Envelopes: Your order is usually sent in a compostable envelope, paper envelope or plastic envelope that is 100% recyclable, certified environmentally safe and made from 55% recycled content. Compostable envelopes can be reused.
Cartons : For large orders, we use second-hand boxes. The boxes are sent in recycled boxes
Before throwing them away, do not hesitate to give them a second life, as with new shipments.
